We have implemented a magnetotelluric observation in the Nanling-Xuancheng Ore Concentration Area within Middle-lower Yangtze River Metallogenic Belts. The data with 0.001–1000 s period was collected at 843 distinct sites, and all components are handled 3-D inversion of observed dataset. present first detailed resistivity structure beneath overlying sediment strata Area. shallow parts inverted model fit well surface geological information mineral deposit distribution, while deep suggest bulk conductors exist southern boundary Xuancheng Basin. presence implies an intense deformation broken this region. Moreover, comparison regional information, seismic reflection, gravity further strengthen understanding. study electrical is particular importance for exploration research region provides reference geophysical prospecting other areas
